Tokina for canon frame12/11/2023 ![]() ![]() I believe the tokina works only at the long end - 16mm - on fx nikon. That, in my opinion, means the Canon 10-22, unless you want to shoot night sky landscapes - then the f/2.8 maximum aperture of the Tokina is better. Get lenses that will be best for you in the present, for what you shoot now and what gear you already have. Like an optical shoehorn, a wide-angle lens helps you squeeze more into the picture. APS is very capable, and more than enough for pretty much anything. That being said, you should only worry about the present here, unless there's a specific reason for you to need a 35mm camera.
